This is our "Home Lake" where we practically live in the summer. We have been going here every year for camping, skiing and wakeboarding for more then 25 years. Where else can you go for water like this!!! Not only is this lake not a "little dink" (it holds 1,000,000 acre feet of water when it's full), it's more then 300 feet deep in most places plus has over 100 miles of shoreline for kicking back in the afternoons. Most people have never heard of this lake…we don’t mind that a bit…but as you can see, this is why we drive 3 ½ - 4 hours to get here once to twice a month during the ski/wakeboard season!! Although the weekends can get busy, we can usually find pretty awesome water up by toward the river. Yes, that is our water-trampoline out there...David Sr. has tried to sell it a few times, but the kids won’t let him...lol This is our view from our normal campsite. It may look a bit strange, that is because it took 4 pictures to get the “panoramic view”. This picture was taken 26 June 2005. The lake was about 98% full.
